What we build

Services

Four overlapping practices — mobile, web, dashboards, and consulting. Pick one or stack them. Every engagement starts with a discovery week so we both know what we're building before we build it.

01 · Mobile Apps

Mobile Apps

Native-feeling iOS and Android apps that earn a home screen.

We design and ship mobile apps that feel right at home on iOS and Android. From concept to App Store submission, we handle the full lifecycle: research, UX, visual design, engineering, TestFlight / internal-track testing, and launch. Every app is built for offline-first reliability and accessibility from day one.

  • iOS + Android apps from a single codebase
  • Native-feel interactions and motion
  • App Store + Play Store submission
  • Push notifications and deep links
  • Offline-first data layer
  • Analytics, crash reporting, and OTA updates

02 · Web Applications

Web Applications

Product-grade web platforms your team and customers actually love.

We build full-stack web applications: marketing sites, authenticated dashboards, and SaaS products. Astro for content-heavy front-ends, Next.js or Remix for app surfaces, Postgres for persistence, and a typed API contract end-to-end. The result is software that loads fast, scales cleanly, and your team can keep shipping on.

  • Marketing site + authenticated product app
  • Component library and design system
  • Auth, billing, and account management
  • Serverless or container deployment
  • Lighthouse 95+ performance budget
  • WCAG AA accessibility baseline

03 · Dashboards

Dashboards

Operational dashboards that turn data into decisions.

We design and build internal dashboards and ops tools for teams drowning in spreadsheets. Think: a real-time view of the metrics that matter, with role-based access, alerting, and exports your finance team will actually accept. We pick the right chart for the question, not the flashiest one.

  • Role-based dashboards and admin tools
  • Real-time data and alerting
  • CSV / PDF exports that survive audits
  • Data source connectors (Postgres, Stripe, BigQuery, …)
  • Embedded analytics where useful
  • Operator-focused UX research

04 · Consulting

Consulting

Senior engineering and product guidance when you need it most.

Sometimes you don't need a build — you need a second opinion. We work alongside your team on architecture decisions, tech-stack assessments, performance audits, and platform migrations. Engagements range from a one-week deep dive to ongoing fractional CTO work for seed-to-Series-B teams.

  • Architecture and tech-stack review
  • Performance and accessibility audit
  • Technical due diligence (M&A, fundraising)
  • Fractional CTO engagement
  • Hiring and team-shape guidance
  • Migration planning and execution

Senior Technical Advisory & Code Audits

A clear path from idea to launch

Five phases. Weekly shipped increments. You see real progress every Friday — not a deck about progress.

1

Discovery

1 week

We start by listening. Two structured sessions with your team to map the real problem, the users, and the constraints — plus a written brief back to you within 48 hours.

2

Architecture

1–2 weeks

We design the system before we build it. Data model, component breakdown, infrastructure choices, and a sequenced build plan with check-in gates your team can veto.

3

Build

6–12 weeks

Weekly shipped increments, async Loom updates, and a shared staging environment. You see real progress every Friday — not a deck about progress.

4

Launch

1–2 weeks

App Store submission, production cutover, monitoring, and a 30-day hypercare window. We don't disappear after launch — we own the first month with you.

5

Iterate

Ongoing

Post-launch, we move into a steady cadence of small, evidence-driven improvements. Optional retainer or hand-off to your team — whichever fits.

Services FAQ

Common questions about how we work, scope, and launch.

Do you take on both greenfield builds and existing-codebase work?

Yes to both. Roughly half our work is greenfield product builds, the other half is rescuing, modernizing, or extending existing codebases. We have a separate engagement shape for codebases that need a deep audit before any new work begins.

Can you work alongside our in-house team, or only as an external build shop?

Either. About 40% of our engagements are embedded — we join your Slack, pair with your engineers, and review code in your repos. The rest are more build-shop style, where we ship a working product and hand it over. We'll recommend the right shape on the discovery call.

What happens after launch — do you offer ongoing support?

Every project includes a 30-day hypercare window after launch. After that, most clients move to a small monthly retainer (typically 8–16 hours) for ongoing improvements, or we do a structured hand-off to your in-house team with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.

Tell us what you're building.

We take on a small number of projects each quarter. If the fit feels right, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
